Shipping/Refunds:

I will usually ship within 4 days of your payment clearing. I use priority mail unless otherwise noted. Keep in mind that this shop is run by only me, and while I am pretty magical, preparing, packaging and shipping your goodies takes time. If you need something fast, please contact me and I will see what I can do.

After I package and ship off your purchase, its fate more or less rests in the hands of the post office. If your package has a tracking number and it somehow doesn't arrive but the post office says it was delivered, I can't do anything at that point. It will be up to you to contact your local post office. If something arrives to you damaged, send me a photo and I will see if I'm able to replace it. Many of my items are one of a kind, and I do my best to package these with extra care.

Perfumes/Oils/Balms:

Solid perfume consistency may vary by type, due to different amounts of oil content. The surface of the perfume may be dented or cracked upon delivery. This happens during temperature shifts while in transit and does not effect the quality of the perfume.

I properly dilute my essential oils in my recipes, but if you are uncertain about how your skin reacts to a certain oil, please test a bit on your inner arm to see if you are sensitive. I do not offer refunds based on skin irritation.

I use organic herbs and oils in my products. Contact me for ingredient lists.

I cannot be held responsible for any misuse of these products, or outcomes of these used.

Spells/Herbal Talismans/Amulets:

I create all of my products with magical intent, but I cannot claim to alter any situation, predict any outcome, or foresee future happenings. These items are being sold as curios only.

Tinctures/Teas/Herbal Oils/Salves:

I use organic herbs and oils to create these products. They are prepared according to traditional herbalist recipes. Please contact me if you are curious about the ingredients. Do not use internally or otherwise if you are pregnant, nursing, or have a condition that can be exacerbated by herbal remedies. Please contact your physician, naturopath, or health practitioner before using these products. Do not use on children or pets.

These products do not claim to diagnose, treat, or cure any illness. They have not been evaluated by the FDA.
